a nice retreat
warm smile proactive assistance
the team provided unparalleled service, and i want to especially highlight mohammed. his consistently warm smile and proactive assistance. amin and ayoub offered helpful advice, showing their dedication to making us feel comfortable.
the shower drain did not work effectively . the room lighting was dim, it affected the overall comfort negatively. excessive noise from staff activity outside the room was also disruptive.

the superior double room included comfortable bedding and moroccan decor. the housekeeping staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness daily, returning each day to find the space super clean. fresh fruit arrived in the room daily.

central location functional air conditioning fair prices
the room had very functional air conditioning. it had every amenity i expect. the location is very central it is in the heart of the medina. the staff helped me a lot. amine helped us at every turn. mohammed. the food was very good. the prices were fair. the roof top terrace and food was delicious also breakfast were very good.
the shower drain wasnt great.

The staff was very helpful. I appreciated the local knowledge they shared. The riad organized seamless airport transfers for me. This made arrival easy. I also enjoyed excursions to Ourika Valley and Essaouria. They were good value. The riad upgraded my room to a suite. This was a nice surprise. The suite was very clean. It was comfortable too.
The Wi-Fi signal was not strong. I had difficulty using my mobile phone at times.
